I really had a fun time shooting this wedding in Robertson.   Dian & Mariska got married at the Dutch Reformed Church in Robertson and had their reception at the Bon Cap Wine Cellar & Guestfarm (they make lovely organic wines). Mariska got ready and dressed at the beautiful Ballinderry Guest House. I have realised that you can be the great photographer, but without the beautiful settings and sunset of our Maker, we are useless (of cause, a great couple is also essential).  That is the formula to take great pictures. Here is a few shots from Ruan & Hannelie's wedding at Goedgedacht at Riebeeck Castle. Hannelie and I know each other from church youth days.  She is also one of my biggest fans. I started trying out Ligthroom 2.3 to edit my images and I am really liking the results. Enjoy!

Here are some of my favorites shot that I photographed at Nico and Lisa's wedding at Dornier in Stellenbosch. Lisa and her two bridesmaids got ready at the beautiful Beauclair Guest House in Stellenbosch. Their ceremony was held inside the beautiful, modern wine cellar and the rest of the celebration was kicked off the Bodega Restaurant on the venue.
